WorksLink typically has minimal interactions with the Business Systems Division of your company.

In most cases there has been practically no involvement by the Business Systems Division during the lifetime of WorksLink being used on a site.

For the most part WorksLink users retrieve data from corporate systems in the form of Excel spreadsheet exports than are subsequently uploaded into WorksLink.

In the future there may be benefits from automated integration between some corporate systems and WorksLink.
