The WorksLink system used on the Gold Mine Project was able to move into this project with minimal modification. It took just four days on site and some small amounts of work thereafter to provide significant benefit to the RGP3 project. Apart from adjusting the corporate timesheet to take into account state, business division and site allowance differences, the main addition was some client specific reports.
Client Reporting - The client required a manpower report to be submitted each week. This report was taking the HR manager 8 hours to complete each week. WorksLink was able to generate the identical report in less than 20 seconds.
There was also a monthly report that required a similar amount of effort and this report was also generated from WorksLink in less than 20 seconds.
